This Policy was created to demonstrate São Martinho’s commitment to the security and privacy of data collected from Users during the use of the interactive services available here, and may be revised at any time without prior notice.

DATA USED

São Martinho may collect information actively entered by the User during registration, such as data provided in forms: name, gender, profession, address, among others; and also information collected automatically, in a strictly compatible and necessary manner, when using the page and the network, such as characteristics of access devices, IP identification with date and time of connection, cookies  and caches when enabled, among others.

USE

The information collected by São Martinho is intended for the establishment of a contractual relationship, the dissemination of events, or the management, administration, provision, expansion, and improvement of the User’s Page, in accordance with item I of article 7 of Law No. 13.709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (“LGPD”).

COOKIES

São Martinho uses cookies, which are text files that can be stored on electronic devices when the Page is visited, for the following purposes: i) necessity (to enable the website to function); ii) performance (to understand visitor interaction with the website); iii) functionality (for usage history in order to provide a personalized experience); iv) marketing; and can be disabled according to browser preferences.

At any time, the User may revoke their consent regarding cookies, in which case they must delete them from the Page using their preferred browser settings; however, some Page functionalities may be affected.

SHARING

São Martinho may share the information collected through the Page in the following circumstances: with government agencies, consulting firms and administrators of employee benefits, health insurance companies, financial institutions, business partners, service and/or infrastructure providers, among others, for the purposes previously stated.

The information collected by São Martinho will be automatically deleted from its servers when it is no longer useful for the purposes for which it was collected, or when the User requests the deletion of their personal data.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the information may be retained for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, transfer to third parties – provided that data processing requirements are respected – and exclusive use by São Martinho, with access by third parties prohibited, provided that it is anonymized.

RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS

In all processing activities, São Martinho will respect the rights of data subjects as set forth in the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

SECURITY

São Martinho will store the collected information on its own servers or those contracted by it, adopting best efforts and reasonable market and legally required means to preserve the privacy of the collected data.

Whenever other organizations are contracted to provide support services, they will be required to adhere to São Martinho’s privacy standards.
